Here’s how it works: several days before the class I will send you a grocery list, the recipes, and equipment list. On the day of the class we will gather in our kitchens with the ingredients and cook together.
This is an opportunity to build kitchen skills and learn about the nutritional benefits of the food we’ll be cooking. There will be time to ask questions and enjoy tastes of our creation.
There is no charge for this class but I will ask for feedback after the class.
