THE MOOD LAB
Time & Location
About the Event
Cook for a better mood in this four week series designed to educate and empower you. Each week we will take a deep dive into the foods that promote a good mood and the physiology behind it. Together we will prepare delicious meals that support our emotional and mental health.
You will also have access to recorded videos with additional content so that there is more time for cooking together, eating and Q&A.
HOW IT WORKS
Each week you will receive recipes, a shopping list and any do-ahead instructions for each weeks menu so that you can cook along (but feel free to watch if you are unable to cook along). The class will start with a short talk on the weekly subject and then we will dive into cooking. We will end with eating together where you can ask questions and/or share your story or experience.

And my favorite morning smoothie recipe.
Week 3: Hormones & Libido- Oh wow. Hormones can wreak havoc on our mood. Duh, right? But do you know why? And stress can negatively affect the hormones that rule our libido. This can have a deep impact on intimate relationships.

Week 4: Heart Health- It's no secret that stress has a profound impact on heart health. With a strong family history of heart disease, this topic is personal.
