Tina Fogall is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and culinary arts from Bastyr University. She has worked as a lifestyle coach helping groups and individuals prevent chronic disease and as a personal chef specializing in food allergies, food sensitivities and healing from illness.
Her journey towards a career in wellness started out on a path towards nursing but a short stint in a hospital led her to realize that she wanted to help people stay on the other side of health.
She lives with her husband on a small farm in Fall City, Wa where she raises goats, ducks and chickens and has way too many cats and dogs.
